This is a step by step guide to the stages of labour and delivery and caring for yourself and your newborn afterwards. The CD provides straightforward, complete, and unbiased information about childbirth. The video clips of people sharing their own birthing experiences was a nice compliment to the theorical material as well. The plus for me with this product is the fact that it is a CD. Since I live overseas it was far easier and cheaper to mail this cd than it would have been to send a heavy, bulky book. Where I live there are no childbirth education classes and feel this CD could replace a class for anyone who, for whatever reason, cannot attend a class or anyone who justs wants to prepare themself for childbirth.
