Hi, my name is Greg and I am featured on the www.facercise.com website from Mrs. Carole Maggio. I am in no way paid by Mrs. Maggio or am endorsed by her in anyway. I just wanted to tell you all an honest opinion and review of her facercise program.

I have been doing her program for about 2 months now and I cannot believe how the actual shape of my face has changed and become more defined. I used to carry alot of weight in my face that made me appear "puffy". After following her program consistently (must be consistent) I cannot believe how quickly my face has become toned and chiseled. You can see my 2 week results on the [...] website under "results". You can see not only do I look more awake and lifted but my complexion and skin tone has improved drastically, something that Mrs. Carole doesn't mention enough in her book. Drawing lactic acid into the areas of the face causes the complexion to glow, as you can see from my pictures. The most noticeable results from this program are wider eyes, less under eye hollows, shorter more defined nose, tighter mouth muscles, lifted cheeks, and most drastically a tighter and more defined jawline. What guy does not want these things? ;)

I must stress though that you have to be consistent and diligent with these exercises. This is no different than going to the gym and working hard to improve your physique. You don't get something for nothing folks and this is no exception.

I have also heard the argument that a facial exercise program causes deeper lines and no one should do any type of facial exercise. This is complete nonsense and these are the same people who are either trying to sell you either some type of expensive "anti-wrinkle" cream you don't need or are a proponent of plastic surgery that is absolutely unnecessary if you have this book! If you want to pay thousands of dollars to get your face cut apart and look worse than before, be my guest. I'll pay the small amount for this book and look BETTER each year as I age!!!!!!!!!!!
