didn't fit 100% on my handlebar, but that wasn't any fault of the mount. Still, I was able to clamp it on by leaving off the lower part of the U-shaped bar. It is very easy to angle the GPS in different directins with it, and it held the unit without any problems on a long trip from Brooklyn, NY to southern NJ and back.
